Established nationwide vendor based Inside Sales/Lead Generation program.? Manage campaign lead management and sales lead pipeline within CRM.
In this role, as Vice President Customer Service and Membership Chair, Larry is in a key position to drive growth of the AMA FCC?s membership, professionalizing our initial contact with prospective members, developing a customer communication strategy and leveraging retention efforts with current members.? Larry will provide the opportunity for AMA FCC to demonstrate customer service as a marketing strength.?? Larry will also oversee the Collegiate Relations area to provide guidance to our student marketers and leaders.
